Lone Star Pavement Services, Inc. currently owns a wide variety of production equipment to fulfill the needs of our services offered.

• MB striping machine mounted on a Ford F-800 Chaise. The machine incorporated an optical site system Air/Electric gun controllers, MB "Navigator" paint guns, Binks Bead guns, Wilden Diaphragm paint pumps, and electronic skip controller.
• MRL Dual Thermoplastic pre melters, trailer mounted, hydraulic agitation, propane fired with digital thermostats.
• MRL "Apollo" Thermoplastic hand liners, propane fired, Infrared die heaters, each hand liner has a complete set of 4", 8", and 12" extrusion dies.
• Craftco super shot 60 hot melt crack and joint sealing machine, propane fired, electro/hydraulic agitation, heated hose, and digital controls.
• Grayco Airless striping machines, Models 3000, 3400, 3500, 3900, and 5900. Two machines are self-propelled.
• Line grinders, FR200 and Smith SPF 10, Carbide Thermo Cutters and HSS Paint Cutters.
• Chevrolet Dump Truck, Atlas Copco XAS90 Air Compressor, Target 65 HP, Concrete Saw, Stihl rescue saw, Stihl Blowers, Billy goat Air Brooms, Various Additional support equipment.
• Alkota Trailer mounted diesel fired pressure washer with 600 gallons of on-board water capacity and 0 to steam heat capability.
• All necessary arrow boards, barricades, traffic cones, etc. for effective, and safe traffic control.
